AMC will launch the new Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor (ZPA). This advanced material handling system utilizes zone-based controls and photo-electric sensors to slow and stop items independently, eliminating jams and product damage. That same zone-based technology allows for contactless accumulation of products, optimizing quality assurance for even the most fragile goods.
The ZPA conveyor also reduces energy consumption by activating zones only when and where products are present. Engineered for versatility, it accommodates a wide range of speeds, loads, products, and operating environments, and features customizable conveyor widths available with multiple roller material options.
