Zero Pressure Accumulation conveyors (formally Motorized Driven Rollers) are an intelligent material handling system that uses sensors and zone-based controls to stop items without them touching, preventing collisions, jams, and damage. These systems are ideal for warehousing and e-commerce.

ZPA conveyors allow for accumulation of products without contact or damage—no stops or pneumatics required. Using low-voltage 24V brushless DC motors, the system delivers significant long-term energy savings through Run-On-Demand technology, which powers rollers only when product is present.

Engineered for versatility, ZPA conveyors can accommodate a wide range of speeds, loads, and operating environments, making them an excellent choice for warehousing, packaging, and assembly operations.

Typical applications include warehousing and packaging lines; boxes, totes, and general material handling; tires, batteries, and glass transport; and in manufacturing and assembly environments.
