The Modu-Matt conveyor is AMC’s most adaptable and customizable chain conveyor system to date. Engineered for ultimate flexibility, the Modu-Matt can be configured to meet virtually any production requirement—in any length or width, with previous builds ranging from 4 inches to over 8 feet wide.
Designed to accommodate a variety of chain types from multiple manufacturers, the Modu-Matt conveyor can handle an exceptionally wide range of products, from gears, bearings, and solar cells to fire extinguishers, engines, and medical equipment.
For specialized applications, Modu-Matt chains are available with threaded inserts for direct-mount tooling, enabling seamless integration of fixtures, sensors, or workpiece holders directly to the chain.
The conveyor’s standard framework design can be easily tailored to fit unique space constraints, load requirements, or environmental conditions—making the Modu-Matt a truly universal conveyor solution for diverse industries and applications.
