The Modu-Con 5 (MOD5) is AMC’s in-line, over/under trapped pallet conveyor system, engineered for high-efficiency material handling in demanding manufacturing environments.

Designed primarily for the Automotive, Appliance, and Solar industries, the MOD5 provides reliable part transport and buffering between machining and assembly processes.
The trapped (captive) pallet design automatically returns pallets to their origin via a lower return feed, eliminating the need for elevators or additional drives. This configuration allows operators greater freedom to perform other tasks while maintaining continuous part flow.

The MOD5 can be configured for synchronous or non-synchronous operation and is resistant to metal chips, oils, and cutting fluids, making it equally suited for machining environments or clean applications.
