AMC is excited to announce the launch of our next-generation Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) conveyor system. This system is designed to deliver precision movement, intelligent product handling, and energy-efficient performance for today’s fast-paced material handling environments.
Using advanced sensor technology and zone-based controls, ZPA conveyors allow products to accumulate without contact, preventing jams, collisions, and product damage without the need for stops or pneumatics. Powered by low-voltage 24V brushless DC motors with Run-On-Demand technology, the system operates only when product is present, reducing energy consumption while maximizing efficiency.
