The SR30 and SR20 twin strand conveyor family is engineered for smooth, efficient material handling across a wide range of automated applications. Each model features a straight-running polyacetal chain made from pure white material with durable 18-8 stainless steel pins. Chain widths are 30 mm (SR30) and 20 mm (SR20), making these conveyors ideal for compact, high-precision transport.

Typical applications

SR30 and SR20 conveyors are commonly integrated into automation systems in a twin-strand configuration, making them ideal for lift-and-rotate modules, lift-and-transfer units, rotate corners, elevator beds, and lift-gate bed assemblies. 

Their compact chain widths also allow them to be used in single-strand format for precise handling of small components ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm in width or diameter. 

To meet varying speed and load demands, these conveyors typically operate with motor sizes from 1/8 HP to ½ HP, ensuring efficient and reliable performance across a wide range of applications.
