Introducing the Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor

We are excited to introduce our Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor (ZPA): an intelligent material handling system designed for contact-free accumulation.

Our new ZPA Conveyors utilize photo-electric sensors and zone-based controls to slow and stop items without touching to prevent collisions, jams, and product damage. This same pneumatic-free technology allows for contactless accumulation of products, optimizing quality assurance for even the most fragile goods.

With traditional conveyors, operators have to rely on manual brake controls to prevent product collisions that result in crushed products and falling materials. ZPA Conveyors offer a fully electric and automatic solution to this problem, ensuring product integrity, maximizing uptime, and freeing operators for higher-level tasks.

With standard conveyor widths available in 100mm increments from 150mm to 950mm and customizable conveyor widths available with multiple roller material options, the ZPA can accommodate a wide range of speeds, loads, and operating environments.
